TERMS: All invoices are due and payable within 15 days of invoice date. All orders will be considered PRE-PAY unless terms have been established prior to orders placed.
Coffee by Silver Bean and Powder Mountain orders can be shipped within 24 hours of your order.
Custom roasted batches with your private label are shipped within 48 hours.
Concentrate in bulk is a 4 week lead time or we have smaller containers on hand. Please call for availability.
Whole Bean Coffee, Ground Coffee and Coffee Concentrate are perishable products. Concentrate is refrigerated immediately after production. Because we do not use preservatives or additives, the refrigerated shelf life is 180 days from production date. Customer is responsible for proper handling of product upon receipt. All bulk concentrate is shipped in a refrigerated trailer. If arrangements have been made for Utah Coffee Roasters to store concentrate for customer, customer is still responsible for the freshness of product.
Utah Coffee Roasters (UCR) is an SQF Certified Food Safety production facility. Great care is taken by UCR during the storing of raw product, production of product, cleaning of machinery and tools used in the production of product and the shipping of product to our customers.
